Pricing Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote from Serbia; flexible schedule aligned with CET

What you will do

• Analyze CAD models, 3D models, and technical drawings in English for quoting and manufacturability.
• Calculate manufacturing costs covering materials, machining hours, and post-processing.
• Recommend suitable manufacturing processes and provide DFM feedback.
• Document calculations and transfer quote details to Sales and Commercial teams.
• Organize RFQs, clarify requirements with Sales and Engineering, and maintain quote databases.
• Support process automation and workflow optimization while delivering accurate quotes within 1–2 working hours where possible.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering.
• Expertise in turning, milling, CNC machining, EDM, laser/waterjet/plasma cutting, sheet metal processing, welding, and grinding.
• Knowledge of post-processing methods, including polishing, hardening, heat treatment, anodizing, blasting, coatings, and painting.
• Knowledge of metals, plastics, and composites and their processing properties.
• English at B2+ level; strong technical communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under time pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with tooling and fixture design for machining, assembly, and welding.
• Experience with CAM programming for CNC using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or CypCut.
• Readiness to develop further CAM programming skills.
