Salary: $87,900 - $97,700 + bonus

What you will do

• Act as the product expert for the Advanced Insights module, focusing on reporting capabilities and data sources.
• Deliver new business intelligence features and enhance existing reports to improve customer outcomes.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog using JIRA and Aha!, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and AI platform teams to ensure seamless data flow across reporting pipelines.
• Validate product-market fit through collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude) to optimize product workflows, research, and content creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or healthcare.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in health tech SaaS.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Aha!.
• Exposure to BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or React-based frameworks).
• Foundational understanding of AI tools and healthcare data (reimbursement models, clinical reporting).

Nice to have

• Experience with GoodData, Power BI, or Tableau analytics platforms.
