What you will do

• Manage the Advanced Insights module, delivering new BI features and enhancements to improve usability and customer outcomes.
• Maintain and evolve reporting metrics, including rehospitalization and quality measures, tailored to regulatory and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and UX teams to manage the product backlog and delivery ceremonies in JIRA and Aha!.
• Integrate new visualization tools and datasets to enhance the reporting experience for Skilled Nursing and Senior Care customers.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize product workflows, conduct research, and create presentation materials.
• Validate product-market fit through direct collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably within a health tech SaaS environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Aha!.
• Exposure to BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or React-based frameworks.
• Understanding of healthcare data, including reimbursement models or clinical reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with GoodData, Power BI, or Tableau analytics platforms.
• Foundational understanding of AI tools applied to product research and content creation.
