What you will do

• Define and own the growth platform strategy and roadmap to improve conversion, activation, and retention.
• Translate platform investments into business outcomes via incremental shipping and hypothesis testing.
• Identify and integrate AI layers to improve patient outcomes and product experiences.
• Enable dynamic experiences across landing pages and onboarding via CMS and content infrastructure.
• Develop a tech stack that allows launching new markets in weeks rather than months.

Requirements

• Solid PM experience in platform, growth, data, or infrastructure domains.
• Ability to balance technical implementation with commercial business metrics.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building defensible roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with data teams on event tracking, identity, and data models.
• Strong cross-functional alignment skills across engineering, design, and growth.
