Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $161,000 – $221,500

What you will do

• Define and champion a multi-year product vision and roadmap for data and AI platforms aligned with business and clinical goals.
• Lead the lifecycle of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI from ideation and experimentation to scalable production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities directly into member experiences and operations.
• Partner with Legal and Clinical leadership to establish and maintain rigorous responsible AI governance.
• Design measurement frameworks and A/B tests to track model effectiveness and quantify business outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a highly rigorous, data-driven culture across the product organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud software, or health tech.
• 3+ years of direct experience shipping machine learning and data-driven products at scale.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, and infrastructure for deploying LLMs.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical trade-offs for executive audiences.
• Must be based in and authorized to work in the USA.
