Salary: $177,160 – $221,450 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the self-serve growth and engagement experience.
  • Build and optimize the invite, sharing, and join experiences to drive virality.
  • Drive activation and retention by improving the home dashboard, notifications, search, and folder systems.
  • Partner with Marketing to connect acquisition and re-engagement with in-product activation.
  • Run a continuous experimentation practice using A/B tests and defined impact metrics.
  • Own free-to-paid conversion and the pricing and packaging levers to grow self-serve revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on growth, engagement, or PLG.
  • Proven track record of measurable outcomes in activation, retention, and free-to-paid conversion.
  • Fluency in experimentation: forming hypotheses, designing A/B tests, and rigorous iteration.
  • Strong data skills with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of PLG mechanics, including onboarding, viral loops, and lifecycle.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with collaboration, productivity, or canvas and whiteboarding products.
  • Experience owning monetization, pricing, or packaging in a self-serve model.
  • Experience partnering with growth marketing to drive acquisition and re-engagement.
  • Experience bridging product-led growth to a sales-assisted or enterprise motion.
