What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations of generative AI pilots and early production deployments.
• Develop and manage trusted relationships with clinical executives and frontline clinical teams.
• Drive the conversion of free pilot programs into paid contracts by demonstrating material outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Product team to channel client feedback into the product roadmap.
• Create the implementation playbook and mentor the Delivery team to scale the product toward general availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in client-facing roles at healthcare SaaS companies or healthcare consulting.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel 40–60% nationwide.
• Polished executive presence and exceptional communication skills for engaging with clinical leaders.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed teams in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
