What you will do
- Design and oversee pilot projects (Proof of Value) to demonstrate the strategic value of Synthesia’s solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align pilot strategies with business goals.
- Develop and refine onboarding methodologies to enhance client engagement and adoption.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the onboarding and pilot phases.
- Analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing services within a SaaS environment.
- Ability to mentor and guide teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be based in Germany.
