What you will do

• Design and oversee pilot projects (Proof of Value) to demonstrate the strategic value of Synthesia’s solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align pilot strategies with business goals.
• Develop and refine onboarding methodologies to enhance client engagement and adoption.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the onboarding and pilot phases.
• Analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing services within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to mentor and guide teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Germany.
