What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants to ensure alignment with company goals and best practices for IES deployment.
• Drive successful go-lives by developing scalable deployment strategies and optimizing the system configuration and data migration lifecycle.
• Design and manage operational frameworks to track and optimize productivity, delivery excellence, and strategic impact.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition from contract-close to technical go-live.
• Advocate for client needs and provide data-driven insights to Product and Engineering teams to influence future enhancements.
• Oversee high-priority deployment risks and project escalations to preserve timelines and client confidence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management focusing on complex mid-market B2B financial software or ERP/SaaS solutions.
• Deep functional expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and data migration.
• Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams through organizational and product changes.
• Strong technical and functional understanding of multi-entity accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Must be based in California (Not Bay Area).
• Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent, CPA) or equivalent advanced accounting certification is highly preferred.

• Direct experience with hirify.global Enterprise Suite (IES) or a comparable accounting/ERP suite.
