What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end client delivery lifecycle from post-sale handoff through onboarding and adoption.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent client implementations, ensuring delivery quality and timeline adherence.
  • Serve as the primary accountability owner for client satisfaction and long-term account health.
  • Define and continuously improve delivery playbooks, onboarding systems, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business goals into technical execution plans.
  • Manage complex client escalations and proactively drive resolution plans.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in Client Success, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation leadership.
  • Strong understanding of modern GTM stacks, automation systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Proven track record of managing high-stakes client relationships and complex implementations.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Clay.
  • Background scaling post-sales functions in SaaS or AI-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer operations platforms.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments.
