What you will do
- Own the end-to-end client delivery lifecycle from post-sale handoff through onboarding and adoption.
- Oversee multiple concurrent client implementations, ensuring delivery quality and timeline adherence.
- Serve as the primary accountability owner for client satisfaction and long-term account health.
- Define and continuously improve delivery playbooks, onboarding systems, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business goals into technical execution plans.
- Manage complex client escalations and proactively drive resolution plans.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in Client Success, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation leadership.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM stacks, automation systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes client relationships and complex implementations.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Clay.
- Background scaling post-sales functions in SaaS or AI-driven environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer operations platforms.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments.
