What you will do

• Lead the Talent & Culture function for the Montreal studio.
• Own the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development and offboarding.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment in partnership with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent.
• Support managers with performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and career development.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, compensation reviews, and daily HR operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with Quebec and Canadian employment legislation and company policies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally leading the HR function in a growing studio or organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in both French and English; French is the primary working language of the studio.
• Must be based in the province of Quebec, Canada.
• Strong autonomy and ability to translate strategic ideas into daily execution.

• Experience in the video game industry and familiarity with the realities of AAA game development.
