What you will do

• Accelerate high-potential talent development and manage succession planning for critical roles.
• Lead annual talent review and performance management cycles with a focus on coaching.
• Develop competency frameworks and career paths to ensure organizational consistency.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to improve attraction and retention.
• Design and deliver learning programs, leadership development, and DEI initiatives.
• Partner with HRBPs and leadership to implement impactful talent solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Strategic mindset with experience navigating change in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, LMS platforms, LinkedIn Learning, and Articulate.
• SuccessFinder certification.
