Learning & Development Advisor - Internship Fall 2026 (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Manage training requests and handle communication with internal clients.
• Administer registrations and coordination for the language course program.
• Organize training sessions and workshops from A to Z, including logistics and feedback.
• Maintain tracking files for daily expenses and data related to the Skills Development Act (1%).
• Handle video editing, upload training content, and translate materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field (in progress or completed).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Eligible to work full-time in Canada, specifically in Québec.
• Ability to work 37.5 hours/week for 4 months starting September 2026.
• Mandatory presence in the Montreal office three days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar role or within the technology/video game industry.
• Experience in developing online learning modules.
