What you will do

• Own the clinical product roadmap to increase the share of care-team time spent on patients rather than administration.
• Identify workflow frictions by shadowing clinicians and analyzing delivery data.
• Develop and ship automation tools to streamline documentation and visit preparation.
• Lead the EMR strategy, including vendor evaluation and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to ensure adoption of new tools through training and feedback loops.
• Define success metrics to measure the impact of clinical product initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building products for clinical care delivery or healthcare operations.
• Experience in a care-delivery company, health system, or virtual-care environment.
• Hands-on experience integrating or improving EMRs and clinician-facing tools.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, clinical data privacy, and patient safety.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.

• Telehealth or virtual-care delivery experience.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
