TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI/Healthcare): Leading the development and commercialization of AI-powered provider solutions to transform case management workflows with an accent on clinical decision-making and operational efficiency. Location: Remote (Must be based in the US); occasional travel to Seattle HQ required (~6x a year).

Salary: $150,000 - 210,000

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for AI-powered healthcare solutions aligned with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, clinical, and marketing through the full product lifecycle.
• Develop GTM strategies, including pricing models and monetization plans for B2B enterprise products.
• Partner with strategic clients to validate product-market fit and gather direct user feedback.
• Track and report on product performance using data to drive continuous iterative improvement.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience and 10+ years of total professional experience, preferably in healthcare tech.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and healthcare domain).
• Proven track record of launching B2B or enterprise products from concept to commercialization.
• AI Fluency: Working knowledge of AI architectures including LLMs, RAG, and agents.
• Deep understanding of utilization management workflows, medical necessity criteria, and health system operations.
• Strong ability to build business cases and market entry frameworks to justify investment decisions.

• Familiarity with EMRs or clinical content platforms.
