TL;DR
Sr. Fullstack Software Development Engineer (React/TypeScript): Building end-to-end features for the Boltline commercial software platform to track complex hardware manufacturing with an accent on intuitive user interfaces and robust data integration. Focus on designing fully tested features, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and managing the full software lifecycle from design to production.
Location: Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (ITAR compliance)
Salary: $154,350 - $289,380

Stoke Space is developing Nova, a fully and rapidly reusable launch vehicle designed to lower the cost and increase the cadence of space transportation.
What you will do
- Design and implement end-to-end features using React, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Postgres.
- Write maintainable code supported by rigorous unit, integration, and E2E tests.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Improve CI pipelines and provide independent support during on-call shifts.
- Take extreme ownership of features from initial design through to production.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or ITAR eligibility
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Experience with GraphQL APIs and relational databases (Postgres).
- Strong discipline in automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).
- Proven experience owning features throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Next.js or similar meta-frameworks.
- DevOps basics including Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, and AWS.
- Experience with Apollo Client/Server or Hasura.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
- Interest in aerospace and hardware manufacturing workflows.
