What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Go for testing and configuration management.
• Develop web applications, APIs, and desktop environments to assist in the management of airplane system test lab configurations.
• Identify gaps in processes and workflows to optimize or refactor existing toolchains and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware engineers, embedded software developers, and lab teams.
• Ensure created infrastructure and tooling are scalable, reliable, and documented according to best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience focused on tooling, automation, or DevOps.
• 2+ years of software tool development experience specifically in the Aerospace industry.
• Experience with frontend development using TypeScript and React.
• Experience with backend development using Node Express or Gin.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases and schema design, specifically PostgreSQL.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GraphQL and Hasura.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and libraries like Flowbite-React or PrimeReact.
• Proficiency in automated testing using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of hardware communication standards such as CAN bus, ARINC-429, or RS-422.
