Location: Must be based in the US (Remote US-only) or hybrid in Denver, CO or Des Moines, IA
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and ship features in a modern, cloud-native stack for thousands of job seekers and recruiters.
- Own features end-to-end, participating in design discussions, implementation, and code reviews.
- Integrate AI agents into the development lifecycle for writing code, generating tests, and building internal tooling.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to turn user problems into shipped outcomes.
- Expand technical depth and grow toward senior-level ownership and mentorship.
Requirements
- Solid experience building production applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, and building RESTful or GraphQL services.
- Experience with AWS (or another major cloud) and containerization (Docker, Fargate, Kubernetes).
- Must be based in the US for remote or hybrid options.
- Experience with automated testing (e.g., Playwright) and a quality-minded approach.
- AI-native workflow: active use of AI coding agents to automate repetitive tasks.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience applying LLM tooling (e.g., LiteLLM) to data problems.
- Working knowledge of Python or Java.
- Database skills in PostgreSQL or other relational/NoSQL stores.
- Experience with event-driven systems (SNS/SQS, Lambda).
- Experience modernizing legacy systems onto newer stacks.
