What you will do
- Own the full renewal cycle for a portfolio of accounts across the Americas from outreach to signed contract.
- Proactively engage customers 90–180 days before expiry to assess health and surface risks.
- Lead renewal negotiations focusing on value realization and multi-year contract structures.
- Collaborate with Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance to resolve non-standard terms and approvals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and hand them off to Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and data within Salesforce and Clari.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success in a quota-carrying role.
- Proven track record managing a renewal book of business with ARR of $5M+.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in pricing and contract terms.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Clari.
- Solid understanding of retention metrics: GRR, NRR, ARR, and churn rate.
- Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA or Houston, TX
