What you will do
- Manage and grow enterprise account renewals to ensure long-term business success and subscription revenue.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor providing strategic insights.
- Educate customers on how automation solutions benefit their business operations and bottom line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
- Negotiate with procurement departments to ensure timely and successful contract renewals.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to expand the platform's footprint.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in renewals, sales, or account management within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client portfolios and build long-term relationships.
- Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome roadblocks in customer interactions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
