What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of medium and large-scale renewal accounts to ensure timely and accurate contract renewals.
- Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies to maximize customer retention and identify expansion opportunities.
- Lead complex renewal negotiations, including pricing discussions and addressing customer objections.
- Conduct accurate renewal forecasting and provide regular updates on progress and risks to management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quoting tools and CRM best practices to drive data integrity.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to align on account strategies and customer health.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or renewal management.
- Proven ability to manage and grow high-value customer relationships.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems including Salesforce, Gainsight, and Clari.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data and apply insights to renewal strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills to navigate complex discussions and drive outcomes.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check.
