What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of medium and large-scale renewal accounts to ensure timely and accurate contract renewals.
  • Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies to maximize customer retention and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Lead complex renewal negotiations, including pricing discussions and addressing customer objections.
  • Conduct accurate renewal forecasting and provide regular updates on progress and risks to management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on quoting tools and CRM best practices to drive data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to align on account strategies and customer health.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or renewal management.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow high-value customer relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems including Salesforce, Gainsight, and Clari.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data and apply insights to renewal strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to navigate complex discussions and drive outcomes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check.
