What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of customer contracts from engagement to signing.
  • Develop and execute account-level renewal strategies to protect recurring revenue and reduce churn.
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, managing pricing discussions, terms, and timelines.
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Monitor customer health and usage signals to proactively drive mitigation plans for at-risk renewals.
  • Maintain accurate renewal pipelines and forecasts within CRM systems to enable clear reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience owning the end-to-end renewal motion for B2B SaaS subscription contracts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and strong analysis skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to navigate complex procurement processes and build productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
