People & Culture Partner (HR)

People & Culture Partner (HR): Providing strategic HR partnership to global headquarters departments with an accent on employee relations, organizational design, and talent development. Location: Must be based in the US, with a hybrid requirement of on-site work in New York City at least 2 days per week.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000/yr

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR partnership to executives and management teams across global HQ departments.
• Manage complex employee relations, including intake, investigations, and resolution.
• Coach management on leadership, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Support the implementation of HR solutions aligned with global people strategy.
• Analyze and provide guidance on performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to strengthen HR processes and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of related HR work experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor law, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated AI literacy and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with experience supporting large client groups (250+ employees).
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience in international, multi-cultural, or non-profit organizations.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR).
