Salary: $95,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Lead HR operations across the US and Canada, encompassing employment compliance, payroll, and EOR relationship management.
• Administer US employee benefit programs and 401(k) plans, including annual open enrollment and carrier relations.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and organizational design.
• Manage and maintain HRIS platforms, specifically TriNet (PEO) and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, performance management, and formal investigations.
• Directly manage and mentor a People & Culture Advisor based in São Paulo.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR or People & Culture experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Deep expertise in US benefits administration and strong knowledge of California and Federal employment laws.
• Hands-on experience with TriNet or a comparable PEO platform.
• Experience managing Employer of Record (EOR) relationships, ideally for Canadian employees.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA, and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
