Senior Supply Chain Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Houston, San Francisco, or Seattle, United States

Salary: $100,000–$170,000 USD base salary per year; additional bonus, equity, and/or commission may apply.

What you will do

• Audit forecast processes across GPU nodes, rack assemblies, networking fabric, and power and cooling equipment.
• Map commercial pipeline, customer contracts, and AI cluster configurations to BOM-level demand signals.
• Maintain a rolling 18–24-month global demand forecast across infrastructure components.
• Model demand volatility, ramp curves, and burst scenarios across customer segments.
• Stress-test demand plans against supplier lead times, component availability, and build capacity.
• Support capital planning, GPU reservations, long-lead component strategy, and monthly demand reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or infrastructure/hardware supply chain.
• Hands-on knowledge of supplier management, lead times, BOM structures, procurement cycles, and manufacturing constraints.
• Experience in high-growth technology, infrastructure-heavy, or hardware environments; AI, cloud, or data center experience is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of compute, networking, racks, and power systems from a supply chain and sourcing perspective.
• Ability to translate supply chain constraints into forecasting and planning inputs.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work with Finance, Sales, and Engineering.
