Salary: $15.38–$28.46 per hour (approx. $32k–$59k annually)

What you will do

• Manage supplier open purchase orders for direct and indirect materials.
• Obtain and track purchase order confirmations and acknowledgements.
• Expedite late or at-risk materials to prevent production downtime.
• Maintain accurate promise dates, quantities, and notes in Oracle.
• Monitor shortage reports and communicate risks to internal stakeholders.
• Escalate chronic delivery issues to leadership and support shipping resolution.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Fairport, NY.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
