Marketing Specialist, Product Marketing (TaxWise)

Location: USA - Kennesaw, GA

Salary: $57,400.00–$98,350.00 USD, plus bonus eligibility

hirify.global provides TaxWise, cloud-based tax preparation software for professional tax preparers, small tax firms, and service bureaus.

What you will do

• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and customer value propositions for TaxWise solutions.
• Support go-to-market plans for product launches, feature enhancements, seasonal campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Create customer-facing content for websites, product pages, email campaigns, webinars, sales channels, and partner programs.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and inform positioning.
• Build lifecycle marketing programs supporting onboarding, adoption, renewals, upgrades, cross-sell, and retention.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Enablement, and Marketing teams on sales tools, campaigns, and optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product marketing experience supporting software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Experience with product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and business outcomes.
• Experience with competitive analysis, market research, customer insights, and customer-facing marketing assets.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Strong communication, project management, organization, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
