What you will do

• Process customer orders with high accuracy and compliance to ensure correct downstream revenue impact.
• Resolve complex and non-standard deal scenarios by identifying risks and resolution paths.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to fix order issues and prevent recurring errors.
• Analyze order data to identify root causes and patterns for process optimization.
• Document and implement scalable improvements to increase consistency and throughput.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong command of Salesforce; experience with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERPs is preferred.
• Ability to manage high work volumes while maintaining accuracy and urgency.
• Must be based in the USA
