Salary: $93,500 - $140,500

What you will do

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to report business KPIs and identify improvements.
• Implement new processes and tools to increase automation and reduce manual overhead.
• Partner with Sales management to improve decision-making and increase sales productivity.
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards for various business partners.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and drive strategic and tactical business initiatives.
• Administer Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, page layouts, and user management.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience with Excel and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of deriving actionable insights from data.
• Self-starter attitude with a natural ability to identify problems.

• Previous experience within Sales organizations.
