Salary: $124,400 – $201,800 (depending on US location tier)

What you will do
- Own the company operating cadence, including annual planning, QBRs, and weekly business reviews.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to launch strategic initiatives and optimize operational effectiveness.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop data-driven recommendations for the COO and CEO.
- Synthesize quantitative data and qualitative insights into executive-ready narratives and actionable models.
- Design and build lightweight internal tools and AI-enabled workflows to automate manual processes.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, Business Operations, or a CEO/COO office, preferably at a high-growth tech company.
- Proven track record of owning high-impact initiatives from initial opportunity identification to implementation.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in building financial or operational models.
- Proficiency with CRM and data analytics tools such as Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to improve workflows or build internal tools.
- Strong SQL proficiency for independent querying of large datasets.
- Experience with low-code tools or AI-assisted development for automation.
