What you will do

• Own and exceed North American revenue targets for agency and brand partnerships.
• Lead and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on new business and account growth.
• Deepen executive relationships across agency holding companies and strategic brand partners.
• Drive enterprise sales for managed service and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to translate market feedback into product innovation.
• Represent the company at industry events and executive forums.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada
• 15+ years of digital media, ad tech, or video advertising sales experience.
• 7+ years of sales leadership experience managing enterprise teams.
• Deep expertise in YouTube, Premium Video, CTV, or Creator Solutions.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise partnerships.
• Experience selling both SaaS platforms and managed service offerings.
