Location: Must be based in the United States (NYC office with hybrid schedule)
Compensation: $500,000–$625,000 (Base + OTE)

What you will do
- Lead the North American Enterprise Sales and Account Management organization, managing regional directors and large-scale teams.
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets.
- Own and deepen relationships with major holding companies, independent agencies, and strategic channel partners.
- Serve as a key member of the Global Sales & Partnerships leadership team and the company-wide VP Forum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure regional alignment.
- Represent the company as an external spokesperson at major industry events and executive-level client meetings.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in AdTech, digital media, or performance advertising.
- 12+ years in a senior sales role at a platform, digital media publisher, agency, or e-commerce company.
- Proven experience managing 100+ person sales and account management teams.
- Deep relationships and local market understanding across the US advertising landscape.
- Strong quantitative skills including revenue modeling, quota math, and pipeline analytics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days in-office.
