Director, Mid-Market Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling a high-performing team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth across North America with an accent on operational excellence, deal strategy, and talent development. Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or office-based in Denver or San Francisco).
Compensation: $336,000 – $456,000 (Base + Variable).

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed revenue goals.
- Drive forecast accuracy through rigorous pipeline inspection and data-driven coaching.
- Act as an executive sponsor on strategic opportunities to navigate complex commercial negotiations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to influence go-to-market strategy.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered selling tools to improve seller effectiveness.
- Recruit and onboard exceptional sales talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing quota-carrying SaaS sales teams.
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience prior to leadership.
- Proven track record of closing complex software deals ranging from $100K to $500K+ ARR.
- Expertise in MEDDPICC or comparable enterprise sales methodologies.
- Experience developing consultative sellers using Challenger Sale or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated success in forecasting and pipeline management.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
