Salary: 60 000-70 000 per year + KPI

International AdTech / Media company is building a new global Sales organization and looking for experienced Senior Enterprise Sales professionals with strong network in Media / AdTech ecosystem. The company works with enterprise-level advertisers across US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia markets and focuses on large-scale media partnerships, CTV and programmatic solutions.

Main focus:

  • Amazon Media, Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+, Roku TV, Samsung TV, DSP / Programmatic / CTV deals.

The company provides:

  • premium media inventory;
  • exclusive partnership conditions;
  • bonus/cashback programs up to 15%;
  • enterprise-level media buying solutions for large advertisers.

This is not a classic cold sales role. The company is looking for professionals who already have strong relationships within Media / AdTech industry and understand how enterprise media deals are built and developed.

Responsibilities:

  • bringing new enterprise clients through existing network and relationships;
  • building strategic partnerships;
  • developing large media deals;
  • working with enterprise advertisers and large media budgets;
  • expanding company presence across international markets.

Requirements:

  • strong existing network in Media / AdTech / Programmatic;
  • experience with enterprise advertisers and large media budgets;
  • understanding of CTV / Programmatic / Media Buying ecosystem;
  • experience in complex B2B sales;
  • strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced.

Target markets:

  • US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia.

Locations:

  • London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Tel Aviv, New York and other major media hubs.

Remote / Hybrid format. The company is actively scaling internationally, so there is strong growth potential into leadership roles including Head of Sales / Regional Lead positions.
