TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Mexico City (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and activation for enterprise clients.
  • Navigate complex buying organizations including C-suite, technical leadership, and procurement.
  • Develop and execute strategies for product demonstrations and opportunity closure.
  • Identify customer technical pain points and qualify high-impact use cases for AI deployment.
  • Provide critical product feedback to internal engineering and product teams.
  • Generate pipeline and revenue while helping build a high-performance technical sales organization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers.
  • Technical experience as a software engineer, sales engineer, or forward-deployed engineer.
  • Exceptional ability to learn and understand complex technical requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-intensity environments.
  • Strong drive and grit to win consistently in a competitive market.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a startup founder.
  • Background in computer science or previous roles as a software engineer.
  • History of closing large, complex enterprise software deals.
