Salary: $100,000–$119,000 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end commercial review, editing, and processing of all Insertion Orders.
- Partner with Account Executives to advise on deal terms and apply approved redline language.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Legal, Finance, Ad Ops, and Platform teams.
- Lead projects to streamline IO processes from media plan to campaign launch.
- Design scalable operating models for campaign amendments and approvals.
- Utilize AI tooling to accelerate contract workflows and develop self-service resources for the sales team.
Requirements
- Must be located in Canada or the United States
- Experience in commercial operations, deal desk, or revenue operations within adtech, media, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts and IO structures.
- Ability to identify business implications of contract terms and distinguish reasonable client requests.
- Strong communication skills to represent company positions credibly.
- Process-oriented mindset with experience designing and owning workflows.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate commercial and contract workflows.
