What you will do

  • Evaluate HR processes and recommend scalable system solutions adapted to company growth.
  • Lead cross-functional HR systems initiatives from discovery and prioritization to delivery and adoption.
  • Translate operational and strategic HR needs into clear system requirements and implementation plans.
  • Act as the primary bridge between HR and Information Systems (IS) to align priorities and timelines.
  • Support the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem, specifically Workday and talent acquisition platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and systems leaders to influence the technology roadmap.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading HR systems and technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise HCM and/or ERP platforms, such as Workday.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and produce actionable technical deliverables.
  • Solid project management skills, including prioritization, estimation, and risk management.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consulting, transformation, or implementation environments.
  • Exposure to performance management or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience scaling processes in mid-sized organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build trust across diverse teams.
