TL;DR

Revenue Operations Analyst – New Business & Account Management: Designing, optimizing, and scaling the Acquisition, Retention and Growth engines with an accent on full-funnel execution (SQL → Closed Won → Renewal/Expansion), predictive forecasting indicators, and CRM governance. Focus on building decision-ready dashboards and embedding AI into reps velocity forecasting, deal prioritization, and account risk scoring to turn RevOps into a proactive growth engine.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 CAD base

What you will do

  • Own full-funnel execution from SQL to Closed Won and through renewal/expansion, identifying conversion bottlenecks and improving pipeline velocity.
  • Drive forecast accuracy by building predictive indicators for deal risk, win probability, churn signals, and expansion readiness.
  • Govern the CRM as the system of record for NB and AM activity, ensuring deal stage hygiene, pipeline integrity, territory/segment mapping, and scalable routing logic.
  • Automate reporting by building dashboards and decision-ready insights for AE, AM, and leadership (pipeline health, rep performance, renewal risk, NDR drivers).
  • Run the AM motion operationally: renewal tracking, expansion pipeline visibility, churn risk flagging, and account prioritization data for CSMs/AMs.
  • Partner with Sales, Channel, CX, and Finance to improve operational handoffs, coverage model changes, and GTM process improvements across the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, automation, properties, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze funnel metrics and build forecasting models using data models and segmentation logic.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage.
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) daily as a work accelerator.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing stakeholders and high attention to detail.
