TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Leading engagement and growth initiatives for hirify.global's largest automotive customers with an accent on adoption and relationship management. Focus on driving NRR, executing QBRs, and serving as a strategic advisor to corporate stakeholders.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin)

Salary: OTE $125,000–$135,000 + equity

hirify.global is a leading cloud-based software company providing an all-in-one platform to help auto-repair shops streamline their entire operation.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with large corporate customers and franchises.
  • Drive product adoption and engagement to maintain high NPS and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data to provide strategic recommendations and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Collaborate with Commercial leaders to drive value-add upsells, cross-sells, and maintain NRR.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer to remove adoption roadblocks and influence product value.
  • Travel to customer locations and industry trade shows as required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience within a SaaS environment.
  • Must be based in one of the following US states: FL, IL, MA, MI, NC, TX, or WI.
  • Proven ability to project manage and execute tasks at an executive level.
  • Proficiency with revenue and success tooling, specifically Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ).

  • Professional experience within the Automotive industry.
