Salary: $190,000 - $220,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Define and launch the first generation of a unified merchant experience platform and its shared services.
  • Transform high-touch merchant onboarding into clean, self-service experiences.
  • Develop and ship AI-powered agents and workflows to improve merchant productivity.
  • Own permissions, entitlements, and shared merchant services across the entire product suite.
  • Create specs and prototypes, iterating quickly based on direct merchant feedback.
  • Drive cross-team adoption of reusable platform capabilities across multiple product teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience at a high-scale B2B2C SaaS company.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or adjacent markets.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling platform or shared-services products.
  • Technical fluency in API schemas, services, and data models; a technical degree is expected.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Strong instincts for product-led growth (PLG) and self-service activation.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating LLM- or agent-powered features into B2B workflows.
  • Experience scaling product-led growth in an enterprise environment.
  • Background in B2B or B2B2C retail technology.
