What you will do

• Lead technical discovery of hirify.global’s and partner APIs, managing data mapping and authentication flows across 100+ countries.
• Prioritize integration development based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and operational complexity.
• Coordinate between engineering, design, GTM, sales, and external partners to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Ensure data accuracy, sync reliability, and observability within customer workflows.
• Establish and track KPIs for adoption, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide actionable feedback for improving APIs and the overall product.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Product Manager focused on integrations, APIs, or platform ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with external partner organizations.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and navigate technical trade-offs.
• Business-level proficiency in English (writing and speaking).

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, Personio).
