Location: Durham, NC, USA (Hybrid/WFH opportunities available)

Salary: $44,200 - $77,800

What you will do

  • Convert inbound leads from French and English speaking markets into qualified opportunities to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to uncover business needs and decision drivers.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations tailored to international audiences.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless opportunity handoffs and maintain momentum.
  • Build relationships with international stakeholders to expand engagement within target accounts.
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics, including conversion rates and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage international professional audiences.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Durham, NC, USA.

Nice to have

  • Internship or early experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
  • Exposure to French-speaking markets or international customers.
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions, cloud platforms, or customer experience technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
