What you will do
- Manage and organize financial data, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Perform audits and verify the accuracy of financial records.
- Track costs, expenses, and key performance metrics.
- Prepare financial summaries and generate data-driven insights.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records to ensure data integrity.
- Create Pivot Tables, charts, and dashboards for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Requirements
- Strong experience in bookkeeping and financial data management.
- Advanced Excel skills, specifically high proficiency in Pivot Tables.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Very good English communication and pronunciation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
