What you will do

• Maintain and reconcile financial records across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain tracking systems in Google Sheets.
• Track property-level expenses, capital expenditures, and interest.
• Review financial data to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with banks and vendors for transaction verification.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement system improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Must be available to work U.S. Business Hours.
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets including complex formulas.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-entity or property-based businesses.
• Familiarity with CapEx tracking.
• Experience with Google Drive, Slack, and email-based workflows.
• Background in process improvement or system optimization.
