What you will do

• Maintain comprehensive financial records, including ledgers, AP, AR, and general journals.
• Process payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking with high accuracy.
• Generate financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records across multiple currencies.
• Support audits and implement process improvements to financial operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Experience with Dubai and US bookkeeping practices is required.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks.
• Experience handling multi-currency transactions.
• Strong skills in Excel and accounting software.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience with Hong Kong bookkeeping practices.
