What you will do

• Manage accounts receivable, process invoices, and track collections to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Monitor cash flow activity, banking transactions, and provide liquidity visibility to leadership.
• Lead the migration from QuickBooks to modern accounting platforms and implement automation tools.
• Prepare financial summaries, operational reports, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Utilize AI-assisted accounting systems to improve reporting accuracy and operational scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Availability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
• Based in El Salvador.
