What you will do
- Design and deliver Enterprise-specific enablement programs for onboarding, product launches, and competitive positioning.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify skill gaps and establish competency standards and coaching frameworks.
- Develop and manage sales playbooks and enablement content aligned with the MEDDPICC methodology and Enterprise buyer journey.
- Track and report on leading and lagging indicators to measure the impact of enablement programs.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to translate updates into field-ready assets.
- Lead change management for new tools, processes, and go-to-market motions across the Enterprise segment.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM program management.
- Proven track record of owning programs that support complex Enterprise sales motions.
- Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence for influencing senior leadership.
- Must be based in New York.

- Experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or AI.
