TL;DR

New Logo Sales Manager (AI): Driving net-new logo acquisition within mid-market and enterprise technology segments with an accent on high-complexity, multi-threaded sales cycles. Focus on executing the MEDDPICC framework, conducting technical discovery, and mentoring junior Account Executives.

Location: New York, Colorado, or California. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US as the company is unable to provide sponsorship.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

  • Drive the full-cycle sales motion for high-fit target technology accounts from outbound orchestration to close.
  • Conduct pain-based technical discovery sessions to analyze prospects' data landscapes and AI goals.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering to execute predictable proof of concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations.
  • Build ROI-driven business cases that translate technical platform capabilities into quantifiable business value.
  • Utilize MEDDPICC, Mutual Action Plans (MAPs), and Digital Sales Rooms to maximize deal velocity.
  • Act as a formal mentor and strategic deal coach for peer Account Executives through workshops and call reviews.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on net-new business hunting.
  • 3+ years selling complex technical products such as BI, Analytics, AI/ML platforms, or API-first architectures.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas of $500K–$1M+ ARR with six-figure contracts.
  • Experience as a Team Lead or Senior Mentor coaching peers and driving team alignment.
  • Advanced mastery of structured enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
