TL;DR

Salary: $160,000 – $201,000

What you will do

  • Own the bidirectional content loop, translating product strategy and competitive positioning into field-ready playbooks and use-case libraries.
  • Establish a certification and content framework for the channel partner ecosystem to ensure product fluency and messaging alignment.
  • Synthesize qualitative market signals and quantitative performance data to drive GTM priorities and influence leadership decisions.
  • Define and implement global sales frameworks for pipeline inspection, opportunity qualification, and deal progression.
  • Design and deploy structured manager development programs to build consistency in coaching and talent development across regions.
  • Build a data-driven function with transparent KPIs tied to ramp curves, win rates, and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales management, with at least 3 years managing a function.
  • Proven track record of scaling enablement in a B2B SaaS or Enterprise software company.
  • Business fluency in the Office of the CFO, understanding the challenges and priorities of Finance leaders.
  • Deep expertise in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Value Selling.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to challenge field leadership constructively.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with financial software, FP&A, consolidation, or compliance solutions.
  • Experience planning Global SKOs for large organizations.
  • Experience scaling enablement across channel or partner ecosystems.
  • Data literacy and proficiency in building KPI dashboards and interpreting sales analytics.
  • Background in building remote-first or globally distributed teams.
