What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain physical security systems including access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms.
• Coordinate systems implementation and provide technical guidance to security integrators and vendors.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure network connectivity and compliance for all physical security devices.
• Manage maintenance work orders and document system performance and service requests.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support to resolve security system issues and emergencies.
• Train end-users and support personnel on security applications and equipment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 3-5 years of experience in physical security systems administration, engineering, or electrical circuitry.
• 2-3 years of experience planning and executing security system installations in office or data center environments.
• Proficiency with networked access control, video management systems, and alarm systems (e.g., Lenel, CPAM).
• Strong technical skills in Active Directory, SQL Server, Windows/Linux, and network cabling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Computer Science, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
